I. Freelance Cad Operator
I've started my Freelancing Career as a CAD Operator after I finished my Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. Wherein I do 2D drafting plans, technical drawings, and blueprints in order to ensure designs are completed in specifications and safety guidelines. For instance, a drafting design for Residential and Commercial building permit requirements.

Here in the Philippines, Nipa Hut is a type of stilt house indigenous to the cultures of the Philippines. I tried to convert it a little, more like a modern house residential that consist of modern sliding window, modern wood door, furnitures and interior.
My client produced additional 8 units/sets of Nipa Hut identically and used it in his Villa Resort located in Lucban, Quezon, Philippines. List of Plans indicated below:

I've tried to enhance my freelancing career year 2014 up to present by adding more realistic rendering using SketchUp and converting it to rendering software. Here are examples of my projects and perspectives:

" Designed trading post with changes in exterior, this was used and built to assist and help all of the farmers with their deals, transactions and merchandise, an open area where there are designated areas for vegetables and fruits to be delivered across other provinces and cities provided with small office for accounting and monitoring of prices and for the use of staffs and admins "

II. Freelance Interior Design
Applying my experience and knowledge in doing interior designing and modern accent designs, I've tried and finished a job tasks for interior fit-out works, estimates and design for my relatives building projects. This is my first project for fit-out residential and commercial building.

I did accompany the owner for purchasing different kinds of materials for fit-out and finishing works.
